Returns, exchanges & refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds for orders placed on aeternabd.com are covered by our 3-day Return & Exchange Policy.

In short: you can exchange an eligible item (unworn, unwashed, tags attached) within 3 days of delivery for a different size, colour or style. If we send something defective, damaged or wrong, we replace it at our cost, including delivery both ways.
